The venue is fairly clean, with comfy and quiet location close enough to BUSH GARDENS, all the shopping and restaurants, and all the attractions. I have stayed in a double room with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. Thank you for a real good stay.

The hotel is set back just from the main highway and was reasonably quiet. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequete to set you up for the day. A premium shopping outlet is on the main Richmond Road about 1 mile away along with a number of well know restaurants including the Outback. The Yankee Candle Shop is a must see experience. The directions and run into Williamsburg historial area takes around 10 minutes to drive and you can park up on side some side roads free of charge - but check it out first!.

We found the air conditioning somewhat under power as the room seemed to be continually warm even with on the lowest setting to cool the room. The corridors where really hot and stuffy,and we found it somewhat odd to have the main entrance doors open all day long and a side exit also open which appeared to be helping to cool the main corridors.This issue did affect the breakfast area also.

Great overall experience. the hotel property was perfect with a marvelous location close to all the attractions, a miniature golf course, and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. - Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room. - Satisfactory breakfast with lots of food.

I had a great stay here, the breakfast had a lot of tasty options, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The back outside door did not lock and therefore no key card was required for entry. I mentioned to the worker at the desk the first evening we were there and he said he did not know anything about how to fix it. He changed out room sonar were not right next to it. The door was never fixed while we were there!!

Exercise room needs free weights/some type of strength training machine.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the town center, historical battlefield, amusement park, miniature golf course, Dairy Queen, and KMart. the staff is excellent and exceptionally friendly, showing a great attitude towards guests.

Staff was very friendly. Especially the breakfast tending lady!!

Water pressure in the shower was poor. Internet was very slow.

Being near Busch Gardensut not as close as I thought.

The pool was icky... Room was OK But not great. Did have a fridge & micro, that was a plus
